If the seas continue to rise, the flooding will be much worse. Some islands out here in the South Pacific will simply disappear. Even a 2 degree change will be tragic for this area. Politics need to be set aside and options need to be discussed.

      All okay. Thank you for asking! This flooding is typical after a storm. Most of the islands here are right at sea level. BTW, I always enjoy your posts! I am an English teacher too!
