This weekend, we head to Morioka, Japan to witness the KISS End of the Road World Tour. I’m excited for my wife to see the spectacle that is KISS! She has never been to a KISS concert, so this will be a weekend to remember! I’ve seen KISS perform with all four original members: Ace, Peter, Gene, and Paul. To me, and a lot of die-hard fans, that is the one and only KISS; without Ace and Peter, they have become a tribute band. I have nothing against Tommy or Eric (pretending to be Spaceman and Catman respectively), but I am a firm believer that they should have created their own characters, instead of masquerading as Ace and Peter.

That being said, I am looking forward to some aspects of the show. First, my wife’s reaction to witnessing the KISS spectacle will be exciting and fun! Second, Gene and Paul will be rocking the stage and they sing most of the songs, although my first four faves on my top ten were sung by Ace and Peter. And third, the show will be a visual cornucopia and a rock-n-roll feast complete with pyrotechnics, fire breathing antics, solos, and zip lines! I want the hottest band in the world, and this weekend I will get the hottest band in the world…KISS!
