As some of the pandemic restrictions begin to ease up here in Japan, Melissa and I decided to drive to Shimoda Mall. This small mall is our go-to-shopping mecca here in Misawa and it has been off-limits due to COVID-19 until recently. It was a warm day, but the sky maintained a bit of a cloudy haze with the sun never really hitting full sunshine. It seemed the sky was crying a bit in want of some normalcy that we are all craving.
